The Help Agency of the Forest Inc., our frontline partner working with the Kids and families we serve, assists Marion County when children in the Forest are removed and placed into foster care.

In many cases these children are removed from their homes due to meth labs; when the children are taken they leave with nothing but their undies, no shoes, no socks, no clothing or favorite toy...NOTHING!  The local authorities will  contact Pastor Dave who in turn provides our kits so the children have something before DCS arrives.   

Friends of SoZo Kids Foster Care Kits include new PJs, clothing, a blanket, stuffed animal, and other essential hygiene items.

We are looking for volunteers to help to sew the bags and add some of the hygiene items (3-in-1 tearless shampoo, children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, hairbrush, chapstick and deodorant).  For inquiries on how to donate to The Foster Care Kits program, contact us at Contact@FriendsOfSoZoKids.com
